We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery — £3.50
    Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days

  • Next Day Delivery — £7.95
    Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered the next working day

  • Free Standard Delivery
    Available on all orders £30 and above

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods. We appreciate your patience — we promise every order is packed with care.

Returns

We hope you love your UNRUSHD purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help.

  • You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly and calmly as possible.
