Our cosmetic products are developed and manufactured in the UK, following strict quality and safety standards, while drawing inspiration from global botanical traditions. Some of our tools like Kansa wand that are traditional ayurvedic tools may be made in India where we are able to source the heritage materials directly from the artisans.
Are UNRUSHD products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. UNRUSHD products are cruelty-free and we do not test on animals.
Vegan suitability may vary by product, and full ingredient details are always listed transparently on each product page as well on the bottles and boxes.
Are your ingredients sustainably sourced?

We prioritise responsible sourcing wherever possible and work with suppliers who share our values of care, integrity, and respect for the planet. Sustainability for us is a continuous journey, not a marketing claim.

Where do you ship from?

All UNRUSHD orders are shipped from the UK. We carefully pack each order with intention, ensuring it reaches you safely and thoughtfully
Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK and are gradually expanding to international destinations. If your country isn’t listed yet, it will be soon — we promise we’re moving thoughtfully, not hurriedly.
How long does shipping take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait. We use trusted Royal Mail as our delivery partners. 
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you place your order. We aim to keep delivery fair, transparent, and accessible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

If something doesn’t feel right, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. We believe care should feel good — never stressful.
Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products. If you have a concern, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right, calmly and promptly.
